Mondo Motion LLC is a 100% owner-operator dry van carrier based in Streetsboro, Ohio. No company trucks, no lease-purchase — twenty-five independent operators running under one authority, with dispatch, safety and claims handled in-house.

We haul for brokers and customers we have worked with for years, not off a load board. That is where the repeat lanes and the pre-planned weeks come from, and why the rate confirmation is in your hand before you roll.
Everything that touches your week is handled by our own team: dispatch built from former CDL-A drivers with five to seven years behind the wheel, a full-time safety department, an internal claims department that works directly with the insurer, and management you can reach when a decision has to be made now.
Growth for us means more owner-operators who stay, not more trucks. Most drivers on the fleet have been here two to four years or longer; the reviews page is where they explain why.

The rules we run by
Forced dispatch
Loads are offered, you can refuse, and rates are negotiated on your preferences. Once you accept, we expect professionalism — that is the whole deal.
Cheap freight
Bad freight hurts the driver, the truck and the company. We would rather run one fewer load than a bad one.
Hidden deductions
Three fixed weekly lines, escrow for ten weeks, the plate for four if you use ours. Every one is on this site before you call.
