From the first call to your first load
Everything is remote. No flight, no hotel, no week of your life spent in someone’s orientation room.
The old way, and ours
- Fly to a terminal on your own dime, sit in orientation for three to five days
- Truck parked, no revenue, hotel and meals out of pocket
- A recruiter who disappears the moment you sign
- Deposit or “processing fee” before you have seen a load
- SSN and date of birth on a web form before anyone has called you
- Two-hour online orientation, from wherever the truck is parked
- Most operators are dispatched within two to three days of the first call
- The person who recruits you is the person who dispatches you
- Nothing to pay, ever. Escrow comes out of settlements, $250 a week, and comes back
- Three questions on the site. The DOT application comes after we talk, with your written authorization
Three days, start to finish
- Day 1
Quick start form
Three questions. Do you own a tractor, your name, your mobile number. Thirty seconds.
- Day 1
Call with Tina — same day
The pay, the deductions, the lanes out of your home state, and what the last few weeks actually grossed. Ask for the lease agreement on this call and we will email it.
- Day 1–2
Application and documents
The DOT application required by 49 CFR 391.21 runs in our system with e-signature. We pull your MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse query with your written authorization.
- Day 2
Drug test
Scheduled at a collection site near you, paid by us.
- Day 2–3
Online orientation, then you sign
Roughly two hours, from your truck or your kitchen table. You sign the lease after you have read it, not before.
- Day 3
ELD and PrePass ship, dispatch plans load one
Trailer assigned if you are renting ours. Your first rate confirmation lands before you roll.

Orientation from your cab
Two hours on a video call. Compliance, the ELD, how dispatch and settlements work, and every question you have. Nobody flies anywhere.
What we will ask you for
and what we won'tAlready have your own authority? Plenty of operators lease on while their MC sits inactive, or after insurance and broker credit made running it alone not worth it. You do not have to revoke anything to lease on with us — but you cannot haul on both at once on the same truck.
Your first load, planned with you.
Dispatch does not hand you a load. They call, tell you what is running out of your area, and you pick. That is how it works on day three and every day after.
