Requirements

What it takes to get seated

Published up front, because a carrier that will take anyone is a carrier whose safety record you will be sharing.

Twenty-second check

Do you qualify?

CDL-Awith 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
24+years old, clean Clearinghouse, negative drug test
2016+sleeper tractor with a current annual inspection
LLCor corporation with an EIN — we can point you to a $50 filing

Four for four? Start the three questions. Outside one of them by a little? Call anyway — some of it is judgment, and Tina will tell you straight.

Why we publish this

Standards protect your CSA score, not just ours

Every driver a carrier seats shares one safety rating. Lease on somewhere that takes anyone with a pulse and you inherit their roadside inspections, their crashes and their out-of-service rate — the numbers a broker checks before tendering a load, and the numbers an insurer prices.

So the bar is published here, in full, before you spend an hour on the phone. If you clear it, you will be running with operators who cleared it too.

What that buys you
  • Brokers tender to us without a credit or safety hold
  • Insurance stays at $350 a week instead of creeping up every renewal
  • Fewer roadside inspections triggered by someone else’s record

What we are not

Not this

Lease-purchase

We do not sell or finance trucks and we do not put you on a truck payment to us. You own your tractor or you do not lease on with us.

Not this

Forced dispatch

You may decline any load. We do not quietly punish it with the next offer.

Not this

A fee to apply

No orientation fee, no recruiting fee, no deposit before you are seated. Anybody in trucking who asks you for money to get hired is not hiring you.

Outside one line by a little?
Call anyway.

Twenty-two months instead of twenty-four, a 2015 truck in great shape, one ticket too many that is about to age off — Tina will tell you yes or no in one call, not after a week of paperwork.
